We are looking for an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Employee Benefits team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios. You will manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across a range of benefits including Pensions, Life Insurance, Income Protection, Group Risk, Group Healthcare, and Flexible Benefits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and undertaking all administration in relation to employee benefit schemes.
- Updating member data, processing renewals, managing claims data, and maintaining communication materials.
- Responding to client and member queries promptly and accurately.
- Training and coaching developing administrators in the team, supporting their professional growth.
- Building effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external contacts including insurers and providers.
- Ensuring all client affairs are managed efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum three years' experience in an employee benefits-related role.
- Proven experience in pension administration, risk benefits, and healthcare benefits.
- Experience dealing with a range of SME and corporate clients.
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
