We’re currently looking for an exceptional Financial Services Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with advisers, develop your expertise, and make a visible impact on the clients we serve!
What you’ll be doing:
- Being the first point of contact for clients – handling queries with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to help.
- Providing dedicated support to a financial adviser, managing their diary, preparing meeting packs, and coordinating client meetings from booking through to greeting on arrival.
- Processing new business, fund switches, letters of authority (LOA), and change of agency procedures end to end using Xplan workflows.
- Maintaining accurate client records in Xplan, including fact find information, compliance documentation, and anti-money laundering (AML) checks.
- Tracking case progress and keeping both advisers and clients informed at every stage.
- Helping with general admin and supporting the wider team where needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in financial services administration, ideally in wealth management or supporting advisers.
- A natural people person – approachable, clear, and professional with clients.
- Great communicator with a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Xplan experience is a bonus.
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- Happy working as part of a team or independently when needed.
