Mattioli Woods is a respected, FCA-regulated wealth management firm and behind our client-facing work is an operations function that keeps everything moving. We're looking for a Support Services Manager to lead that function in Leicester.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, develop your team, own supplier relationships and play an active part in how we integrate and scale, including supporting acquisition activity as we continue to grow.

  • Leading daily operations: morning briefings, task allocation, post handling and team priorities
  • Holding regular 1-1s, reviews and performance conversations that genuinely help people grow
  • Designing and implementing training plans and building a team culture known for progression
  • Supporting merger integration: facilitating planning discussions and ensuring acquired businesses are onboarded smoothly
  • Proven people management experience: you coach, develop and hold your team to high standards
  • Experience in a service environment; financial services is a bonus

This isn't a back-office position, it's a leadership role with real autonomy, genuine strategic involvement and the opportunity to shape how a growing team operates.
