Mattioli Woods is a respected, FCA-regulated wealth management firm — and behind our client-facing work is an operations function that keeps everything moving. We're looking for a Support Services Manager to lead that function in Leicester.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage day-to-day operations, develop your team, own supplier relationships and play an active part in how we integrate and scale, including supporting acquisition activity as we continue to grow.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading daily operations: morning briefings, task allocation, post handling and team priorities
- Holding regular 1-1s, reviews and performance conversations that genuinely help people grow
- Designing and implementing training plans and building a team culture known for progression
- Managing key supplier relationships and contracts, including Royal Mail and franking agreements
- Supporting merger integration: facilitating planning discussions and ensuring acquired businesses are onboarded smoothly
- Spotting inefficiencies and leading improvement initiatives from start to finish

- Proven people management experience: you coach, develop and hold your team to high standards
