This is a rare opportunity to own a marketing function end-to-end - building the strategy, shaping the proposition, running the campaigns, and seeing the direct commercial impact of your work. We're looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to take full ownership of how Mattioli Woods positions and grows its Employee Benefits business. You'll work at the intersection of marketing, sales and commercial strategy - partnering with a consultant-led team to generate leads, win clients and deepen existing relationships.
