Are you an organised, proactive assistant who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a confident and skilled Personal Assistant to join our Leicester team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting one of our consultants and playing a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
In this role, no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person who keeps the wheels turning - managing communications, preparing high-quality documents, organising meetings and travel, and ensuring your consultant can focus on what they do best.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing first-class administrative and secretarial support
- Managing audio and copy typing (55 wpm+) with accuracy
- Creating, proofreading and formatting letters, reports, minutes and emails
- Organising client meetings and acting as a professional point of contact
- Managing diaries, calls, documentation and internal processes
- Coordinating travel, meetings, room bookings and expenses
- Keeping systems and records up to date, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Working closely with the PA team, consultancy teams and wider business
What you'll bring:
- 55 wpm+ touch-typing ability
- At least two years PA or administrative experience
- Excellent written skills with strong attention to detail
- Confidence using MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused attitude
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Professionalism, discretion and strong relationship-building skills
