We’re currently looking for Financial Services Administrators to join our team. The role involves administering and managing a portfolio of pension and personal wealth clients, ensuring accurate records and smooth account management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting consultants in the smooth running of client accounts – from document preparation and workflow management to meeting coordination.
  • Staying up to date with industry developments and making the most of training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in financial services administration, ideally with pension or personal wealth clients.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and client portfolio management.
