Leicester (Hybrid) Full-time | permanent

We're looking for an experienced employee benefits administrator to join our Employee Benefits team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios. You'll manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across a range of benefits including pensions, life insurance, income protection, group risk, group healthcare, and flexible benefits.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across pensions, life insurance, income protection, group risk, group healthcare, and flexible benefits.
  • Coordinate and undertake all administration in relation to employee benefits schemes.
  • Update member data, process renewals, manage claims data, and maintain communication materials.
  • Respond to client and member queries promptly and accurately.
  • Train and coach developing administrators in the team, supporting their professional growth.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external contacts including insurers and providers.
  • Ensure all client affairs are managed efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
