Mattioli Woods is recruiting a Head of Business Assurance to helm the First Line of Defence, directing control testing, assurance and operational resilience across the group. This senior role requires credibility and judgement to build a high-performing team and deliver robust risk management.
Based near Leicester with a hybrid working model, you will report to the Chief Risk Officer, shape the assurance agenda, and provide challenge and strategic insight to ExCo while supporting growth.
