We’re seeking a Performance and Insights Analyst to help shape how we measure, report, and improve adviser performance across the Mattioli Woods Group. Working as part of our Consultant Operations team, you’ll play a key role in building robust reporting frameworks, delivering accurate analysis, and providing senior leadership with the insight needed to make informed strategic decisions. What you’ll do:
- Deliver accurate and timely performance reporting across key financial and operational metrics.
- Analyse data trends, highlight variances, and provide clear commentary to support decision‑making.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reporting tools that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Partner with Finance and Business Analysis teams to harmonise data and deliver accurate, unified reporting.
- Collaborate with Wealth Management Directors, Consultants, and operational teams to validate data and provide insight that drives business performance.
- Support integration projects by introducing standardised reporting processes and helping new businesses adopt consistent approaches.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate manual processes, and enhance overall data accuracy.
Who you are:
- Experienced analyst with two-three years in a finance, business analysis, or data‑focused role.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel (modelling, reporting) and proven experience building Power BI dashboards from scratch.
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Confident communicator who can explain financial and operational data to non‑technical audiences.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys improving processes and solving problems.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience within financial services would be advantageous.
