This is an exciting opportunity to support advisers and Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in delivering expert financial advice, while managing a portfolio of SIPP, SSAS, and personal clients.

What We’re Looking For:

📈 Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar financial services role
• Solid understanding of SIPP/SSAS pension schemes and regulatory frameworks

💡 Skills:

• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and resilient approach to problem-solving

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Manage a portfolio of SIPP, SSAS, and personal clients

✅ Support advisers in the proactive management of client financial affairs

✅ Prepare for and attend client meetings, taking and actioning notes

✅ Communicate with clients and providers via phone and email

✅ Conduct research and gather information to support financial advice

✅ Process new business and maintain accurate client records

✅ Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance requirements

✅ Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to ad-hoc projects
