We’re recruiting for a CRM System Support Analyst to play a key role in ensuring our group CRM system, Xplan, and integrated systems run at their best. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our CRM system and client portal, supporting users, and working on configuration and integration projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone motivated and detail-oriented who enjoys problem solving and supporting continuous system improvements.
What we’re looking for
- experience with a wealth management CRM (ideally Xplan) and user support
- background in financial services/wealth management, especially supporting IFAs/advisers
- data migration experience and knowledge of best practice
- strong organisational and communication skills
- a proactive, service-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality support with a passion for problem solving
What you’ll do
- provide day-to-day maintenance of CRM system (Xplan), Client Portal and internal applications
- deliver user support via our helpdesk (JIRA) — managing queries through to resolution
- manage data feeds, licences and capabilities
- run queries and reports to ensure data accuracy
- collaborate with the Xplan Business Analyst on system configuration and business requirements
- support operational integrations following acquisitions
- contribute to wider project work as needed
