We\’re currently on the lookout for a skilled CRM Marketing Executive to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, meaning you\’ll mainly work from home with regular time in your local office to collaborate, connect and support your team in person.
The Role
Our CRM Marketing Executives are pivotal members of the digital marketing team, responsible for deploying HubSpot to achieve new client acquisition and deepen relationships with prospects and clients.
You\’ll work closely with the digital marketing and consultant teams, taking an operational lead in campaign setup, lead nurturing workflows, and email campaign management. Whether it\’s building automated journeys, integrating with paid media, or delivering analytics insights—your expertise will help us achieve our commercial ambitions through best practice marketing automation.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver automated email workflows and customer journeys within HubSpot
- Build and deploy targeted email campaigns with segmentation and personalisation
- Set up and monitor lead scoring models to support marketing campaigns
- Integrate HubSpot with paid digital campaigns for efficient lead routing
- Own reporting and analytics for HubSpot campaigns with performance insights
- Ensure data compliance and quality within HubSpot following GDPR guidelines
- Create landing pages, forms, and templates maintaining brand consistency
- Deliver client onboarding and cross-sell/up-sell automation journeys
- Provide HubSpot training and support as subject matter expert
