We're looking for an organised, people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our in-house recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid role based from our Leicester office - working closely with colleagues, hiring managers and candidates to keep recruitment running smoothly across the business. What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or within an agency
- Strong organisational skills - comfortable managing multiple roles and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a high level of attention to detail
- A genuine interest in recruitment and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
- Solid IT skills including Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS or HR system is a plus
What you'll be doing:
- Support the full recruitment process from job advertising through to onboarding, keeping things moving at every stage
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and agencies with clarity and care
- Manage recruitment administration including offers, contracts and pre-employment checks β accurately and on time
- Assist with direct sourcing and screening where required, helping to identify strong candidates early
- Coordinate and support assessment centres, careers fairs and recruitment events
- Provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
- Maintain accurate candidate records and keep the ATS up to date throughout every recruitment journey
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
