We\’re looking for a proactive Consultant Coordinator to support our Consultancy team as a trusted go-to person for consultants across the business. This is a fully remote role, with regular time in your local office to collaborate and support your colleagues in person.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • provide first-line support to the Consultancy team, ensuring operations align with sales strategies
  • compile reports, analytics, and management information to support decision-making
  • maintain accurate data and drive process improvements across the team
  • act as principal point of contact for consultants and business units
  • coordinate communication, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
  • support Team Directors with performance management insights and operational reporting
  • collaborate with departments across the business to improve efficiency and streamline workflows

What we\’re looking for:

  • strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (PivotTables, functions, formulas) and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • resilient, adaptable, and highly organised approach to work
  • collaborative team player with fresh ideas and natural curiosity
  • 2+ years in a coordinator or business support role (desirable)
  • experience with data management and analysis (desirable)degree-level education or equivalent (desirable)
