We\’re looking for a proactive Consultant Coordinator to support our Consultancy team as a trusted go-to person for consultants across the business. This is a fully remote role, with regular time in your local office to collaborate and support your colleagues in person.
What you\’ll be doing:
provide first-line support to the Consultancy team, ensuring operations align with sales strategies
compile reports, analytics, and management information to support decision-making
maintain accurate data and drive process improvements across the team
act as principal point of contact for consultants and business units
coordinate communication, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
support Team Directors with performance management insights and operational reporting
collaborate with departments across the business to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
What we\’re looking for:
strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (PivotTables, functions, formulas) and strong Microsoft Office skills
confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
resilient, adaptable, and highly organised approach to work
collaborative team player with fresh ideas and natural curiosity
2+ years in a coordinator or business support role (desirable)
experience with data management and analysis (desirable)degree-level education or equivalent (desirable)
