Reporting to the Team Leader, the role will be focused on a companywide banking administration. Administrators will take responsibility for an individual client account, following a checklist of actions to see that client journey through to completion. In this role, administrators will be required to take responsibility of the opening of bank accounts, processing the day-to-day transactions, providing support to banking associates, liaising with CRMS, alongside any other tasks as expected when running an in-house banking function.

  • team work – work with the wider team within the business including the banking team, associates and treasury manager, (The degree of leadership/managerial/budgetary or people responsibility and/or key focus of the role – what it is expected to deliver. Then include detail of the actual tasks and KPIs against which performance is measured and appraised.)
  • opening, closing and servicing of bank accounts
  • communicating with third party providers both written and verbally
  • updating multiple internal systems, maintaining trackers and spreadsheets
  • confirming changes to our existing client facing teams
  • ensuring written correspondence is completed and sent in a timely and accurate manner
  • proactively carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the team leader or a member of the leadership team
  • comply with and promote all organisation policies, including those relating to Equality and Diversity, and Health and Safety
  • ensure all GPDR guidelines are followed

Qualifications

  • numeracy and good IT skills, knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • be self-driven, enthusiastic, and reliable with good organisational skills
  • team working skills as well as the ability to work independently
  • proven attention to detail
  • flexible approach to work and the ability to multi-task
  • excellent customer service skills
