We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Office & Operations Administrator to be the heartbeat of our office! You’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly, welcoming visitors, supporting our Directors and Consultants, and making sure our day-to-day operations are seamless. This is a varied role where no two days are the same!

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Greeting clients and visitors with a warm welcome
  • Handling deliveries, stationery, and office supplies
  • Making drinks for Directors and arranging meeting rooms
  • Sending client gifts & organising platters or buffets
  • Answering calls professionally and politely
  • Managing incoming & outgoing post
  • Supporting staff events, celebrations, and charity initiatives
  • Managing petty cash and monitoring stock levels
  • Organising weekly car cleaning and booking taxis for visitors
  • Monitoring the “Ask Us” inbox and supporting bulk mailings
Who We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years’ experience as a receptionist or PA
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Super organised, efficient, and detail-focused
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask
  • IO experience is a bonus
