We're hiring a detail‑driven administrator to keep our client operations running smoothly at Cullen Wealth, part of the Mattioli Woods Group.

This isn't a back‑office role where you disappear into paperwork.

You'll be front and centre – handling transfers, withdrawals, fund switches, ISAs, pensions, and protection cases, while being a key point of contact for clients and consultants alike.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy workload of financial transactions end to end.
  • Answer client and consultant queries by phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate records and keep cases moving forward.
  • Work across third‑party provider platforms with confidence.

Qualifications

  • At least one year’s experience in an IFA practice or with a financial services provider.
  • Solid grasp of pension and investment products.
  • Exceptional organisation and an eye for detail.
  • Calm, professional phone manner.
  • Intelligent Office (IO) experience is a bonus.
