We're hiring a detail‑driven administrator to keep our client operations running smoothly at Cullen Wealth, part of the Mattioli Woods Group.
This isn't a back‑office role where you disappear into paperwork.
You'll be front and centre – handling transfers, withdrawals, fund switches, ISAs, pensions, and protection cases, while being a key point of contact for clients and consultants alike.

Responsibilities
- Manage a busy workload of financial transactions end to end.
- Answer client and consultant queries by phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records and keep cases moving forward.
- Work across third‑party provider platforms with confidence.
Qualifications
- At least one year’s experience in an IFA practice or with a financial services provider.
- Solid grasp of pension and investment products.
- Exceptional organisation and an eye for detail.
- Calm, professional phone manner.
- Intelligent Office (IO) experience is a bonus.
