We are looking for an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Employee Benefits team. This is a key role for someone with ambition for career progression who enjoys managing client portfolios, providing high-quality administrative and consultative support, and helping deliver a first-class employee benefits experience.
You will manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across a range of benefits including Pensions, Life Insurance, Income Protection, Group Risk, Group Healthcare, and Flexible Benefits. You will also act as a central point of contact for clients, ensuring their benefits are administered efficiently while supporting and coaching developing administrators in the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- The day-to-day running of client accounts across a range of pensions, life insurance, income protection, group risk, group healthcare, and flexible benefits.
- Co-ordinating and undertaking all administration in relation to the schemes.
- Updating member data, renewals, claims data, communication materials and other associated queries.
- Training and coaching of developing administrators in the team.
- Managing client affairs promptly and accurately.
- Building effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external contacts.
What we’re looking for (essential):
- Minimum three years’ experience in an employee benefits-related role.
- Experience in pension administration, risk benefits, and healthcare benefits.
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience of dealing with a range of SME and corporate clients.
- Proactive, able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
