We’re looking for a Consultant Coordinator to work within our small but dynamic team. You'll become a trusted expert and go-to person for consultants across the business, playing a pivotal role to ensure they’re organised and focused while supporting their success and sales strategies. This is a varied role where no two days are the same – perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, great organisation skills, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
What we’re looking for:
- Problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, functions, formulas) and full Microsoft Office proficiency
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Resilient, adaptable, and highly organised

Desirable but not essential:
- 2+ years in a comparable coordinator/support role
- Track record of accurate data management and analysis
- Degree-level education or equivalent
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing first-line support to the Consultancy team, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with sales strategies
- Compiling reports, analytics, and management information to support decision-making
- Maintaining accurate data across internal systems and driving improvements in processes
- Being a principal point of contact for consultants and business units, building strong, trusted relationships
- Assisting in coordinating communication and projects to keep teams informed and engaged
- Supporting Team Directors with performance management, operational insights, and team coordination
- Collaborating across departments to improve efficiency and deliver operational excellence
