Mattioli Woods is looking for a motivated Client Relations Administrator to help ensure smooth, accurate, and timely processing of client transactions and support our advisers and clients with excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year’s experience working within an IFA practice or provider environment
  • Understanding of pension and investment products
  • Experience with IO systems desirable
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional telephone manner

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing your workload using a personal diary system to meet deadlines.
  • Handling client and consultant queries via phone and email.
  • Managing new business post and maintaining client records on back-office systems.
  • Supporting internal compliance procedures and third-party provider requirements.
  • Covering receptionist duties such as post handling, answering phones, greeting clients, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Processing Transfers, Top Ups, Withdrawals, Income, Contributions, Fund Switches, Bed & ISA, and Protection transactions accurately and efficiently.
