Join our Support Services team – the operational backbone of our growing business. We’re seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs at grades 4‑9 (Maths & English) or equivalent
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail, self‑motivation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong IT capabilities
- Previous administrative experience in professional or financial services is desirable but not essential – full training provided
Responsibilities
- Reception and visitor management
- Manage post, couriers, stationery, and hospitality arrangements
- Support client administrators with scanning, document management, and correspondence
- Handle travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements
- Provide ad hoc departmental support
- Exposure to different parts of the business and opportunities to make a real impact
