Join our team as a Product Administrator! Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Administrator to support our client portals and systems. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role is part of the Product Administration team and focuses on efficiently managing client portals, accounts, and supporting key business processes through general administration, investment administration, account maintenance, and client support. What youll do: configure and manage platforms such as Xplan, MWeb, and MWise to ensure smooth functionality support client onboarding, account maintenance, and daily trading activities collaborate with teams across the business to improve processes and client outcomes assist with system integration projects, including migrations and updates monitor and maintain operational dashboards, ensuring efficient workflows train and support colleagues in using systems effectively
