A leading architecture and design practice is seeking a Studio BIM Manager to support its London team. This position requires strong Revit proficiency alongside solid digital design, coordination and data-management capabilities.
The practice fosters a collaborative, supportive working culture, where teams share knowledge across studios and project stages. The role sits at the heart of the digital design function, working closely with the central BIM lead to refine processes, develop tools and ensure project teams are supported from early design through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Support project teams in the effective use of Revit and BIM processes.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of studio-wide digital standards, templates and tools.
- Provide guidance, training and troubleshooting to colleagues across all stages of design.
- Collaborate with the central BIM manager to implement consistent, high-quality digital workflows.
- Champion data quality, digital efficiency and safe working practices across the practice.
- Strong experience producing coordinated digital design information using Revit.
- A collaborative approach and an interest in helping others improve digital skills.
- An enthusiasm for developing tools, systems and standards that support high-quality design.
- Confident working with multiple project teams and adapting support to varied needs.
