Join a specialist Health & Safety team as part of a major global real estate business working as a Principal Design Advisor and CDM Advisor on a range of complex buildings and rail projects in London. This is a hybrid role, working 1-2 days a week in the Manchester office, the rest of the time working from home.

This is an established team offering good training and development opportunities. They also have excellent staff retention in the team and would be a great place to stay long term. Within the team there are a few ex-forces professionals who have moved into safety roles and developed over time. If you have are coming from an armed forces background and have a passion to be trained up on CDM/H&S then it would be worth getting in touch to discuss this opportunity further.

Due to expansion plans in the team our client is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Consultant with CDM experience to join the team. This is a consultancy role, but one where work life balance is valued, you will be working on a small volume of projects for a great business that puts team culture first. Experience working as a CDM Consultant is essential in this role, and possessing a NEBOSH Construction along with any design or construction experience/qualifications would be beneficial.

This is an opportunity to work in an interesting business where you will have time and training to deliver complex PD services on prestigious projects. We have worked closely with this business over the past 12 months to support them in scaling up their Health & Safety team.
