Flood Risk experience in hydraulic modelling and Flood Risk Assessments (FRA), with the opportunity to work across projects from early strategy and feasibility through to outline design, planning submission and discharge of conditions. Key responsibilities will include: Developing and reviewing fluvial and pluvial hydraulic models. Preparing and contributing to Flood Risk Assessments. Assessing flood risk constraints and opportunities within development sites. Evaluating flood mitigation options and supporting masterplanning. Interpreting modelling outputs and clearly communicating findings to clients. Liaising with the Environment Agency and other stakeholders. Preparing clear, concise technical reports. Working across a range of consenting regimes, including Development Consent Orders and Town and Country Planning.Key Skills
