An exciting opportunity has come up to join a major global multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in the Bristol Area. My Client are seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor to join their team focusing on high profile Infrastructure Projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Bristol Based NEC4 ECC contract experience
  • Background in - Infrastructure/Highway/Civil Engineering
  • Working towards Chartered status or other recognised bodies

Duties:

  • Offering Quantity Surveying services from project inception to completion
  • Preparing cost plans, estimates, Bills of Quantities, and tender documents
  • Managing construction phase services, including change management and contractor payments
  • Developing client relationships and delivering integrated, high-quality service
