A respected, employee-owned multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong design-led ethos is seeking a Post Part 2 Architectural Assistant, Newly Qualified Architect, or Architect to support the delivery of several local projects. Based in the heart of Liverpool, the successful candidate will join a collaborative and experienced team working across architecture, urban design, masterplanning and landscape architecture.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of residential and commercial schemes and to gain exposure to projects across the wider business, which includes planning, research and analysis, sustainability, and transport and infrastructure consultancy.
What to Expect from the Role
The successful candidate will:
Work closely with senior team members to support project delivery.
Contribute to detailed architectural drawing packages for planning and building control applications.
Produce colour-rendered plans and elevations for client presentations and planning documentation.
Liaise effectively with both internal colleagues and external consultants.
Skills & Experience Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign is essential.
Knowledge of SketchUp is desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
Full-time, office-based role in Liverpool City Centre.
Immediate start preferred.
