We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Civil Engineer to join a forward-thinking team delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across a wide range of sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who combines solid technical capability with strong communication and leadership skills, and who is confident working in a client-facing, delivery-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent working knowledge of industry-standard design and modelling software including AutoCAD, PDS, Flow, and similar tools, along with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively across project teams, clients, and wider stakeholders. You will be a proactive and collaborative engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to both technical excellence and business success.
Experience across industrial, commercial, healthcare, and education projects is essential, with additional exposure to highway infrastructure and residential developments highly advantageous.
Key Requirements- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering infrastructure design and delivery
- Advanced working knowledge of AutoCAD, PDS, Flow, and relevant modelling software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and contribute to both technical delivery and business operations
- Experience working across industrial, commercial, healthcare, and education projects
- Highway infrastructure and residential sector experience advantageous
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of five years' relevant post-graduate experience
- Working towards Chartered Engineer status
- Membership with a recognised professional body such as: Institution of Civil Engineers, Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management
