The opportunity:
Our specialist sectors mean as an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will be working on exciting assignments within environmental, civils, and green tech across the UK and Internationally. We offer you a warm desk with an excellent network of clients and candidates together with state of the art, AI driven technology and leading CRM systems.
We offer a comprehensive training and development programme to enhance your skills with career prospects to grow your own team. Junior team members can report to you, providing invaluable research and administrative support.
About you:
We’re looking for ambitious recruitment consultants with a strong desire to succeed. We do not believe in micro management and like our recruitment consultants to be entrepreneurial and autonomous whilst working within a collaborative team environment.
We are interested in talking to individuals who can demonstrate motivation, ambition and a commercial flair, with a track record in a previous recruitment consultant or sales role.
