Overall management of the EIA Business Unit : Overall responsibility for the provision of effective Health and Safety in the Unit. Participate in Monthly Planning Board Meeting ensuring key decisions are taken in the best interests of the Unit, Division and Stakeholders of the business. Ensure Unit operates in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, sharing best practices. Oversee the recruitment and development of high calibre employees to support current operations and future growth, while identifying and nurturing talent for career progression in collaboration with HR and leadership. Lead, motivate and communicate effectively with the team through regular updates on business performance and strategy whilst demonstrating commitment to continuous professional development. Project delivery Responsible for the P&L, budget, profitability and SHEQ aspects for specific areas, activity, and projects. Responsible for predicting and planning future resources including consulting with other divisions across the business Manage effectively and autonomously significant and complex projects to a high standard. Take a key role in projects within relevant specialised field and provides technical leadership Well connected network will be highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of EIA processes and methodologies, experience in Project Management whilst being able to lead and communicate well within a team. This full-time position is based in London and offers flexibility with remote work.
