A leading engineering organisation is seeking a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor to their team in the North West. The role offers diverse and engaging work across public and private sector projects, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.\\n\\nIdeal Candidate:\\n\\n1-2 years post-qualification experience\\n\\nWorking towards Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, or similar)\\n\\nAmbitious, collaborative, and client-focused\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nDeliver building surveying services across various sectors\\n\\nSupport with project management and contract administration\\n\\nConduct surveys, defect analysis, and prepare reports/specifications\\n\\nDesign and manage small to medium refurbishment and extension projects\\n\\nMaintain client relationships and ensure quality service delivery\\n\\nCollaborate with multi-disciplinary teams\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nRICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar\\n\\nExperience with both pre- and post-contract stages\\n\\nProficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)\\n\\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\\n\\nWillingness to travel as needed\\n\\nUnderstanding of health and safety regulations (CDM 2015, BSA 2023)\\n\\nFamiliarity with JCT and NEC contracts\\n\\nSectors including education, healthcare, local and central government, and infrastructure projects.\\n\\nIf you are looking to develop and progress in your career in a team that offers support and training to acheive chartered status then this is the ideal opportunity for you.\\n\\nTo discuss further, reach out to Ethan Williams on (phone number removed) or click apply
