Overview
We are working with a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, renowned globally, currently looking to expand their Geo-Environmental team by bringing a Senior Operational Lead (+£15M turnover operations).
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning & business growth initiatives
- Operational oversight of project delivery & commercial management
- Business development across water, energy & technology sectors
- Team leadership & succession planning
- Technical expertise in ground investigation, land quality, groundwater
Requirements
- Relevant degree (geology/environmental science preferred)
- Senior management experience in environmental consulting
- Chartered status advantageous
- Proven track record in business development & client relationships
Flexible working/Point of hire, with travel required as and when. Salary from £80,000 to £100,000 + benefits and allowances.
