About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Associate or Principal to join our growing Cornwall team. This is a key growth hire, created to strengthen the team structure and support ongoing business expansion. The current team consists of a Partner and two Principals (with one currently on maternity leave). This role offers an excellent opportunity to step into a position that bridges senior leadership and delivery, with a strong focus on business development and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
- Play a key role in growing the Cornwall practice, contributing to strategy and market presence.
- Deliver high-quality client work, managing projects and ensuring excellent service standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Partner and wider team on team development and operational priorities.
- Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate.
About You
- Proven experience at Associate or Principal level (or equivalent).
- Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to winning and developing business.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
