Planner | Exciting Career Opportunity We're looking for an ambitious Planner to join a busy and growing team, working alongside experienced Partners on a diverse range of exciting projects, from smaller schemes to major developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a planning professional looking to develop their career, gain direct client exposure and take ownership across a varied project portfolio. The Role You'll be involved in: Providing planning advice and developing planning strategies. Preparing and coordinating planning applications, appeals and representations. Drafting and reviewing high-quality planning reports. Working closely with clients, consultants, local authorities and internal teams. Attending client meetings and providing professional planning advice. Supporting business development, fee proposals and identifying new opportunities. Building strong relationships with clients and industry contacts. About You We're keen to hear from planners who have: RTPI and/or RICS (P&D) accreditation, or are close to achieving it. Around 2 years' post-qualification experience ideally. Strong planning knowledge and excellent report-writing skills. Confident client-facing, communication, negotiation and presentation skills. A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
