Mattinson Partnership seeks a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager for UK Infrastructure (Transportation & Utilities). You will administer NEC3 contracts (Options A, C, and E) and drive cost control, forecasting, and contract management across the full project lifecycle, working with clients and contractors.
