Join a family-run business specialising in the refurbishment and fit-out of high-end commercial and retail spaces across London as an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager. This role offers a chance to become an integral part of a great team while contributing to large commercial projects.
Construction and operational experience on projects is essential. A proven track record of working as an Operations Manager in an SME construction business is key. Strong organisational skills, coupled with the experience and ability to operate successfully on site. Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation is required, as is the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Experience in fit-out and commercial developments would be great, but this is not an essential requirement.
