We are representing a leading structural and civil engineering consultancy seeking an Associate Director to lead its development infrastructure teams across London. The position oversees technical efficiency and successful delivery of a diverse project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Team Director in shaping and delivering the operational and growth strategy for the Development Infrastructure team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated infrastructure and drainage design solutions.
- Lead and promote innovation in sustainable, low-carbon infrastructure design.
- Lead the preparation of bids, tenders, and fee proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in delivering complex drainage, flood risk assessment, and water management schemes.
- Extensive Associate Director experience gained with leading civil engineering practices.
- 5 years relevant post-chartered experience.
Qualifications:
