We are representing a leading structural and civil engineering consultancy seeking an Associate Director to lead its development infrastructure teams across London. The position oversees technical efficiency and successful delivery of a diverse project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Team Director in shaping and delivering the operational and growth strategy for the Development Infrastructure team
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated infrastructure and drainage design solutions
  • Lead and promote innovation in sustainable, low-carbon infrastructure design
  • Lead the preparation of bids, tenders, and fee proposals to secure new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in delivering complex drainage, flood risk assessment, and water management schemes
  • Extensive Associate Director experience gained with leading civil engineering practices
  • 5 years relevant post-chartered experience

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with a relevant body (e.g. Institution of Civil Engineers or Institution of Structural Engineers)
