We are working with a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, renowned globally, currently looking to expand their Geo-Environmental team by bringing a Senior Operational Lead (+£15M turnover operations).

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning & business growth initiatives
  • Operational oversight of project delivery & commercial management
  • Business development across water, energy & technology sectors
  • Team leadership & succession planning
  • Technical expertise in ground investigation, land quality, groundwater

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree (geology/environmental science preferred)
  • Senior management experience in environmental consulting
  • Chartered status advantageous
  • Proven track record in business development & client relationships
  • Flexible working/Point of hire, with travel required as and when.

Salary from £80,000 to £100,000 + benefits and allowances.
