Join a specialist UK consultancy as part of the growing Building Safety team . This is a new position which has been created in response to the Building Safety Act looking for someone who can slot in alongside the CDM/Health & Safety Team supporting them as BR/PD and Building Regulations Consultant. Our client is looking for a professional with a Building Control background and strong building regulations knowledge to deliver BSA related projects within the team. This role could be done from anywhere in the UK, but someone within travelling distance of London would be the ideal.
As Senior Building Control Consultant you would be responsible for delivery of the Principal Designer (Building Regulations) role primarily to Safety Management but also to wider company. This would include contributing to the PD/BR function, processes, competency evidence etc. This business is known for its excellent working culture and work life balance, you will be working in a non-timesheet environment delivering a quality service for high profile clients, rather than managing a high volume of smaller projects.
