Apply knowledge of COBie data formats and classification systems such as Uniclass. Leverage computational tools such as Dynamo (desirable but not essential). Demonstrate proficiency in BIM-compliant environments, ensuring optimal project outcomes. Stay open to learning new software and methodologies to support ongoing innovation and process improvements. Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Manage workload independently while contributing effectively to team objectives. Candidate Requirements: Strong BIM and CAD experience, with a clear understanding of their application in the construction industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
