BIM & CAD Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Utilise 2D and 3D BIM and CAD software, including tools such as Revit (MEP), Navisworks, and BIM360/ACC. Manage data securely and in compliance with industry standards such as ISO 19650. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective coordination and project delivery. Apply knowledge of COBie data formats and classification systems such as Uniclass. Leverage computational tools such as Dynamo (desirable but not essential). Demonstrate proficiency in BIM-compliant environments, ensuring optimal project outcomes. Stay open to learning new software and methodologies to support ongoing innovation and process improvements. Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Manage workload independently while contributing effectively to team objectives. Candidate Requirements: Strong BIM and CAD experience, with a clear understanding of their application in the construction industry. Awareness of the benefits of Building Information Modelling and its transformative impact on the industry. Knowledge of industry standards, including ISO 19650. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
