A leading Architecture consultancy is seeking a Sustainability Consultant to support the delivery of sustainability-led projects across a varied and high-profile portfolio.
Working closely with design teams and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing BREEAM assessments from early concept through to final certification. Strong project coordination skills and clear communication are essential. Experience with assessment platforms such as TrackerPlus or IES Tap would be beneficial, although full training is provided. BREEAM AP accreditation is welcomed but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities- Managing BREEAM assessments from inception through to completion
- Preparing BREEAM pre-assessments and advising on early-stage sustainability strategies
- Coordinating and delivering design stage submissions
- Managing post-construction reviews and certification evidence
- Delegating tasks and supporting team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Assisting with project administration, financial tracking, and resourcing
- Supporting the continuous improvement of internal BREEAM processes and workflows
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced project environment
