The Role
You'll work on new build and refurbishment projects, providing energy modelling, compliance and performance advice to inform design decisions and decarbonisation strategies. The role blends hands-on technical delivery with client-facing consultancy.
What You'll Do
- Develop energy and carbon strategies for buildings
- Deliver modelling using IES VE and SAP
- Undertake Part L, EPC and overheating assessments (TM52, TM59, Part O)
- Support daylight and natural ventilation studies
- Translate technical outputs into clear advice for clients
- Contribute to reports, proposals and project meetings
