Pay Range: €51,000 - €63,750

The role:
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:
- Defining and delivering effective testing strategies to ensure high-quality solutions across a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications, platforms, and systems.
- Leading testing activities across multiple projects, combining manual, exploratory, and automated testing to identify risks and provide reliable feedback.
- Working closely with developers, architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Driving automation and continuous testing practices, helping teams improve test coverage, reduce risk, and increase confidence in releases.
- Coaching and supporting other quality engineers while promoting quality engineering best practices across teams.
- Helping shape and improve quality engineering standards, testing practices, automation frameworks, and tooling.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- 5+ years' experience in senior quality assurance, testing, or quality engineering roles within complex delivery environments.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools or frameworks and a good understanding of automation principles and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of software testing techniques, including functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple projects and business areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, investigate issues, and improve quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver high-quality results across multiple projects.
