Pay Range: €36,000 - €45,000
At Johnson Matthey, your work will matter. As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history and innovation. You’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern society and enhancing lives - as we continue to apply, refine and recycle metals that matter, for a healthier and more resilient future.
The role:
- Support the development of pricing strategies and frameworks across Johnson Matthey’s product and service portfolio, helping to improve value capture and business performance.
- Build and maintain pricing models, business cases and analytical tools that support commercial and strategic decision-making.
- Analyse pricing performance, profitability and margin trends, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and enhance pricing reports, dashboards and KPIs, helping stakeholders understand performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with colleagues across Commercial, Product Management, Technology and Finance to support pricing initiatives and deliver business objectives.
- Contribute to JM’s pricing transformation by supporting new pricing approaches, processes and continuous improvement activities.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Experience working with business, financial or commercial analysis, including building models and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- A curious and inquisitive mindset, with the ability to investigate issues, identify trends and solve problems effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and regions.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, work independently and drive initiatives in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
- Experience with reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, alongside a strong understanding of Excel and data analysis principles. Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
- Interest in AI, automation and data-driven ways of working, with a focus on improving efficiency, scalability and business outcomes.
