Pay Range: €46,500 - €58,000

The role:

As a Dynamic 365 Solution Specialist (Technical) , you will help drive our goals by:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business, and operational system requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and processes and propose enhancements.
  • Define scope and success metrics for systems analysis and solution implementation.
  • Govern and validate third-party solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Support the design, development, and deployment of new system functionalities.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless system integration with financial and operational platforms.
  • Develop models, reports, and system documentation to support business functions.
  • Oversee testing, end-user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system quality.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Knowledge of ERP Applications:
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience in ERP system implementation and process improvement.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of database operations, software standards, and data retrieval methodologies.
  • Ability to assess and govern third-party solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in complex, global environments and manage competing priorities.
