Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‑saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.
The role
As an Agile Business Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:
- Translating complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for data, integration and low-code products.
- Leading stakeholder workshops and facilitating collaboration between business, product, engineering and platform teams.
- Supporting the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through to testing and implementation.
- Analysing business processes, data flows and automation opportunities to identify scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Defining and documenting data quality, governance and integration requirements to support reliable decision‑making.
- Driving alignment across teams, managing change effectively and helping deliver value‑focused digital transformation initiatives.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role
- Experience as a Business Analyst working on digital, data or technology‑led products and services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery approaches and experience creating and prioritising epics, user stories and backlogs.
- Experience analysing data, mapping processes and translating insights into practical business requirements.
- Exposure to ERP systems, APIs, data integration platforms, workflow automation or low‑code technologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving, facilitation and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
