This is a senior role within the Global Reward Centre of Expertise (COE), responsible for designing and governing global compensation frameworks and programmes, ensuring they are delivered consistently and effectively across a workforce of approximately 7,500 employees. The role plays a key part in translating reward strategy into practical processes working closely with a dedicated Reward Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring reward strategy is effectively implemented and embedded across the organisation.

As a Reward Delivery Manager, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Lead the design and governance of global pay review and bonus (AIP – annual incentive plan) processes
  • Oversee outputs to ensure they are accurate, consistent, and aligned to budget and governance requirements
  • Partner with key stakeholders including Reward Operations to ensure smooth delivery of all cyclical compensation activities
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Maintain and evolve salary structures, pay ranges, and benchmarking approach
  • Coordinate analysis of market data and provide clear insights and recommendations on pay positioning
  • With support from the reward analyst, recommend and implement annual reward budgets and merit matrices
  • Oversee application of the global job evaluation framework
  • Ensure consistency of job levelling and grading
  • Provide guidance on complex or high-impact job evaluation cases
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve existing processes
  • Convert reward policies and regulatory requirements into clear frameworks and processes
  • Drive the implementation of system and process changes as a result of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Ensure consistent delivery of reward policy through robust governance, controls, and defined operating practices
  • Review and update global reward policies as required, including to reflect changing regulatory requirements
  • Act as the primary link between the Reward COE and Reward Operations team on compensation processes

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Significant experience (at least 7+ years) in global compensation within a complex organisation
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Pay review and bonus processes
    • Salary benchmarking and pay structures
    • Job evaluation and grading frameworks
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Desirable experience working within a COE model and with shared services / operations teams
  • Familiarity with reward systems and HR technologies (desirable)
  • Desirable experience working across multiple geographies and regulatory environments
